RETURNS:
We at The Discovery Mint want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, please call 1-866-890-5099 for a Return Authorized Number within 15 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or a refund for the price of the item. Jewelry that has been sized or otherwise altered cannot be returned. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
SHIPPING:
The carrier we use to ship your package for standard shipping is determined by the weight and price of the order. Standard shipping rates apply and carrier selection, including possibly a carrier other than USPS or UPS, will be made by The Discovery Mint unless upgraded shipping is selected and paid for by the customer. If you select upgraded shipping (expedited, express or overnight), packages are normally shipped either USPS or UPS. Items addressed to a PO Box or to AFB/FBO are shipped via USPS.
Under standard shipping, your order will normally be shipped within approximately 5 business days, and time in transit is normally approximately 1 to 5 business days. If you select 3 day shipping, your order will be delivered within 5 business days. If you select 2 day shipping, your order will be delivered within 3 business days. Overnight orders will be shipped as specified below. Payment issues, inventory location, or fulfillment issues may also extend the delivery period. If you select and pay for expedited, express or overnight shipping, and unexpected issues prevent timely deliveries, we will attempt to communicate with you regarding the delays.
Overnight orders placed before 2PM ET have an expected delivery date of 1 business day at the flat rate as specified in the charts below (pending payment/address verification). Overnight orders placed after 2PM ET have an expected delivery date within 2 business days at a flat rate as specified in the charts below (pending payment/address verification). Note: overnight shipping is not available on all items or for international orders. Other shipping promotions do not apply. Excludes all postal holidays and weekends.
